When commissioning/purchasing digital art from me, I retain the full copyright of the art. Each commission is for non-commercial use only, meant for social media platforms. If you wish to resell the art in the form(s) of animation/merchandise, there will be a fee for redistribution royalties/rights.

Payments are completed via V-Gen with PayPal. I will not accept any other payment method at this time. All commissions require upfront payment IN FULL before the commission is started. 100% refunds are only offered before I start my sketch. 50% refunds are only offered before I start the final sketch (clean sketch). No refunds are offered once I begin the final sketch.

I will not change my art style nor will I try to replicate a style from another artist.
I accept special requests. If no commission slot fits what you are looking for, please contact me beforehand for approval and final pricing.
Progress art (sketch, line art, color, etc.) may not be used in any way unless discussed otherwise.
Once your commission is complete, everything will be sent via Email, so please provide your email in the order.
Progress art will be shown as follows: sketch, line art, color, final touches.
You are allowed up to 3 major changes (BEFORE COLOR). I reserve the right to determine what counts as major or minor.
Do not sell or re-distribute the commissioned work for commercial use unless discussed otherwise. Commercial use typically comes with extra fees.
I usually stream my artwork and may draw your commission live on Twitch. Please let me know if you would prefer your commission to be private.
Do not request any sort of deadline once your commission is accepted. Each commission type will have an estimated range of delivery. If your artwork is completed earlier or later, I will let you know.
If you happen to have some sort of deadline, please let me know. Priorities usually come with additional fees.
I reserve the right to deny any commission that I do not feel comfortable drawing.
